Method:
In a bowl mix all of ingredients thoroughly and roll into 10 bites.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Cinnamon roll protein bites

Nutritional information: per bite (recipe makes 12 portions)

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup collagen powder
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup hazelnuts
2 tablespoons collagen powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:
In a food processor, combine all of ingredients except for the 2 tablespoons collagen powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Purée until a fine texture is created.
Roll the mixture into 12 bites and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
On a plate, thoroughly mix the remaining collagen powder and cinnamon.
Roll each of the 12 balls around on the plate to create a dusting on the outside.
Serve and enjoy!

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Method:
Combine all of ingredients in a bowl except for the chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly.
Once mixed, add the chocolate chips and mix once more.
Roll into 8 balls and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
