This batter will also work for regular size brownies you just have to cook them for up to 40 minutes.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, bowl, whisk, ladle, spatula and a mini muffin tin


Preheat the oven to 350°.

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave on high for one minute.

Transfer the melted chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and add the melted butter, stir well to combine.

Add the xylitol, baking powder, sea salt, eggs and vanilla extract and mix well until very smooth.

Add the almond flour and stir again until it’s incorporated.

Spray the muffin pan liberally with coconut oil spray and fill each muffin tin with the batter using a small ladle.

Bake the brownies in the oven for 20 to 25 minute.

Let the brownies cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin.
