Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, bowl, whisk and serving bowls


Combine all of the ingredients except for the crushed almonds and 2 tablespoons of the shredded coconut into a large bowl.

Whisk for 3 to 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes very smooth and begins to thicken. 

Transfer the mixture to four serving bowls and place in the fridge. Refrigerate for two hours to allow the pudding to set. 

Once set, top each bowl with 1/4 of the crushed almonds and 1/2 tablespoon of shredded coconut. Serve and enjoy!
