QUICK TIP

You can grill the burger on a barbecue as well.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, knife, cutting board, grill pan, bowls, tongs, whisk and a spatula

Instructions

Cook the bacon and chop it into large chunks.

Shred or diced the cheddar cheese until you have 3/4 cups worth.

Wash and dry the lettuce and chop into bite-size pieces.

Dice the onion, tomato and pickles into small pieces.

To make the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle vinegar, 1 tablespoon of the chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of the chopped pickle and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Grill the frozen burger in a grill pan until it's fully cooked (approximately 10 minutes).

Once the burger patty is cooked, let cool for 3 to 4 minutes and chop into bite-size pieces.

Combine the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, cheddar cheese, burger patty and the dressing.

Mix everything thoroughly with a pair of tongs, serve and enjoy!
