QUICK TIP

This recipe also works great with brown rice.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, wok, knife, cutting board, pot and a strainer

Instructions

Bake the frozen chicken fingers according to package instructions.

While the chicken fingers bake, boil the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Place the frozen stir-fry vegetables into a wok and add the sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and chicken broth.

Cook on high-heat until the vegetables are thawed and hot and the sauce begins to thicken.

When the chicken fingers come out of the oven, chop them into bite-size pieces and put them in the wok with the sauce and veggies.

Add the cooked noodles, mix thoroughly and simmer for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the sauce has coated all of the ingredients.

Serve and enjoy!
