GoodLife is doing everything in our power to ensure the health and safety of our Members and Associates, which is outlined in the GoodLife Standard. Part of our plan includes ensuring that our Group Fitness programs make you feel safe and comfortable, which is why we've implemented some new procedures.

Here’s what you can expect when you’re ready to come to Class.

What’s different

To ensure all participants are able to safely distance from each other, each Group Fitness Class has a set capacity. This is enforced with online class bookings (more on that process below) and a set number of stations that are set up before you arrive.

That's right, all the equipment that you need for your class will be set up and ready for you. In addition to this it is thoroughly sanitized before and after each Class. At this time, not all Group Fitness Classes are being offered, but more are being added as restrictions lift across the country.

How to book a class

When you’re ready to come back to Class, you simply have to book a slot. You can see the class schedule and class availability on the GoodLife App and website up to one week in advance. Capacity is limited in order to provide enough physical distancing, so booking early is encouraged. If you’re not able to make a Class, make sure you remove your booking beforehand.

Class procedure

When you arrive, you may need to wait in line while your instructor finishes cleaning or finishing up any of their other Class preparations. Please wait until they welcome you inside when you will be able to pick your station which will be clearly marked. While waiting, please keep your mask on until you are at your station and are finished making any adjustments or additional equipment set up (adding weights to bars, adjusting bike seat etc.). Be sure to check the website or ask an Associate at your Club for the mask guidelines in your region.

Your instructor will guide you through the workout, providing options and encouragement while allowing you to work at your own pace.

When Class is over, please replace your mask before you begin to exit. We ask that participants at the back of the room, closest to the door to exit first to help ensure physical distancing. Once the Class is empty, the instructor will disassemble and clean all the equipment.

Classes available

Due to capacity and concerns surrounding COVID-19, not all Group Fitness Classes are available at this time or in all areas of the country. For a more detailed and accurate list of available Classes, check with your local Club through the GoodLife App or website.
