Ensure the kale is spread out in an even layer and there are no clumps of cashew butter.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups, large bowl and two parchment lined baking sheets


Preheat the oven to 300°. 

Wash and dry the kale. Remove the stems, tear into bite-size pieces and place into a large bowl. 

Add the nutritional yeast, cashew butter and taco seasoning and mix thoroughly. Use your hands to squeeze and massage the ingredients into the kale to slightly break down the texture. 

When it's well mixed,  transfer the seasoned kale to two parchment lined baking sheets and bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy.
