RPM is a fun, motivating 45-minute indoor cycle workout that will challenge and inspire you to your next level of fitness! It’s a great way to workout indoors when the weather isn’t cooperating, train your cardiovascular system and do it all with a great group of like-minded people.
Nervous about trying this class? Don’t be. The best part about RPM is you can control your resistance level and level of intensity. The exercises within each song or ‘track’ of the RPM workout have been selected to the needs and cycling abilities of the general population. The class starts with a warm-up track, progresses with repeated intervals and inclines with active recovery and postural breaks and ends with a cooldown phase. Just take the class at your own pace and don’t be afraid to push yourself beyond your comfort zone! The instructor will be able to assist you and help guide you with form, pace, etc.
