Easy masala
If you’re a fan of Indian food, you’re probably familiar with garam masala. Masala is a flavourful spice mix that’s a staple in many of Southeast Asian dishes.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 ½ tablespoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Pumpkin spice
An essential ingredient for fall baking–pumpkin spice is easy to make and uses common spices that may already have! Using this blend in your baking will not only taste delicious, it will also make your home smell warm and inviting.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice
1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves

Sazon mix
Sazon mix is often used in Hispanic cooking. It’s meant to enhance the flavour of a dish–making it very versatile. It can also be used as a rub to marinate meat and veggies or in soups and stews.
