Set your oven to convection if available.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, knife, cutting board, large bowl, parchment lined baking sheet, tongs and a spoon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°.

Place the wings and olive oil in a bowl and season liberally with sea salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly and transfer the mixture to a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. 

Chop the cauliflower into small florets.

Place them in between the chicken wings on the baking sheet and return to the oven for an additional 25 minutes.

While chicken wings roast, make the blue cheese dipping suace.

Thoroughly mix the Greek yogurt, garlic and crumbled blue cheese.

When the wings and cauliflower are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl.

Add the hot sauce and butter and stir thoroughly.

Transfer to a serving platter and serve with the blue cheese dip and some fresh vegetables.
