QUICK TIP

Use a mandolin slicer to achieve uniform shape and size of the chips.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, knife, cutting board, parchment lined baking sheet and a mixing bowl.

Instructions

Chips
Preheat the oven to 400°.

Slice the vegetables 1/8" thick and coat them with olive oil.

Lightly season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Distribute the chips evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Dip
Mince the garlic. 

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, dill and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with the chips and enjoy!
