Peel and chop your bananas before you freeze them.Equipment Needed
Measuring cups and spoons, food processor, ice cream scoop and a spatula
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and purée until very smooth.
Remove the lid and wipe down the sides with a spatula.
Purée once more to ensure there are no lumps or chunks of banana.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer in a sealed container for up to one month.
*Optional, garnish with fresh banana slices and toasted cashews.
