If you’re not vegan you can use regular mayonnaise and regular shredded cheese.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, pot and steamer insert, knife, cutting board, large bowl, spatula and a large spoon

Instructions

Chop the broccoli into bite-size pieces.

Steam the broccoli florets over high heat until tender, approximately 5 minutes.

When cooked, remove the broccoli from the steamer and let cool completely.

Transfer the broccoli to a bowl and add the vegan mayonnaise and cheese, xylitol sweetener, raisins, apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix thoroughly, and top with the crispy fried onions. Serve immediately.
