QUICK TIP

You can swap out the tuna for salmon, it will work great!

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, muffin tin, knife, cutting board, bowl and a sheet pan

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°.

Place a muffin tin upside down on top of a sheet pan and spray it with coconut oil spray.

Lay 12 wonton wrappers on the muffin tin to create wanton cups.

Spray the wonton wrappers with coconut oil spray and place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.

Dice the tuna into half inch bite-size pieces and place into a bowl. Chop the garlic, ginger and green onions and add these to the bowl as well.

Add the soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and chili flakes.

Let the poke marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes and ideally for an hour.

Once marinated, spoon the poke into the wonton cups and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Transfer to a serving platter, serve and enjoy!
