Warm the honey and peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it easier to mix with the other ingredients.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, bowl, spatula, 8”x 8” baking pan and a knife

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, ground flax, ground cinnamon, sea salt, peanut butter, honey and coconut oil. Mix well.

Add the chocolate chips and mix again.

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking pan and press the mixture to form an even layer.

Transfer the pan to the fridge and let chill for one hour.

Once chilled, place onto a cutting board and cut 10 equal portions.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
