If you want to use a package of frozen chopped spinach instead of fresh thaw the spinach first.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, food processor, cake pan, knife cutting board and a spatula


Preheat the oven to 375°.

Steam the spinach and let cool. Squeeze out as much water as you can from it.

Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, and Parmesan cheese to a food processor and purée until smooth. 

Add the artichokes, water chestnuts and spinach to the food processor and season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Pulse the food processor to chop and combine.

Once done, transfer the mixture to a cake pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Serve with your favourite crackers, flatbread and fresh vegetables.
