Instead of fresh spinach, you can use a package of frozen chopped spinach, just ensure you thaw it first.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, food processor, cake pan, knife, cutting board and a spatula


Preheat the oven to 375°.

Steam the spinach and let cool. Squeeze out as much water as you can from it.

Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise and yogurt to a food processor and purée until smooth. 

Add the Parmesan cheese and purée again. 

Season the mixture with sea salt and pepper to taste.

Add the artichokes, spinach and green onions to the food processor and pulse the food processor to chop and combine.

Add the water chestnuts and purée until smooth. 

Once done, transfer the mixture to a cake pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Serve with your favourite crackers, flatbread and fresh vegetables.
