Flip the foil pouch often to avoid burning in one spot.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, campfire or a barbecue, knife, cutting board and aluminum foil


Slice the potatoes in half, slice the zucchini into half inch rounds and chop the bell peppers into chunks. 

Lay out two large pieces of aluminum foil and spray with coconut oil spray. 

Arrange the sausages, potatoes and vegetables in the center of the foil. Season liberally with salt and pepper to taste and add the garlic butter on top.

Wrap the package tightly to avoid leaking while it cooks.

Grill the pouch on the barbecue or over an open fire for 30 to 45 minutes or until everything is well cooked and caramelized inside.

Be careful opening the package as it will be full of steam. Plate and enjoy!
