Using a cast-iron pan acts as a pizza stone, and gives you a crispy bottom on your pizza.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, spoon, knife, cutting board, cast-iron pan and a pizza cutter.

Instructions

Place the cast-iron pan inside the oven and preheat them together to 475°. 

Using a small spoon, evenly distribute the pesto on the naan bread.

Top with the spinach, chicken, provolone cheese slices (cut in half) and tomatoes. 

Place the pizza in the oven inside the cast-iron pan.

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Remove the pizza from the oven, let cool slightly and cut into four to serve.
