Add dressing to each individual salad the morning before taking the salad to work/school. This will prevent the vegetables going soggy in the fridge.

Equipment Needed

Knife and chopping board, small bowl and whisk, 6 x 1 cup wide-mouth mason jars


Prep all ingredients and set aside

Quarter cherry tomatoes and divide equally into mason jars. Peel, seed and dice the cucumbers, carrots and radishes. 

Assemble the jars and screw lids onto jars and store in fridge until ready for dressing. Dress each salad as you need it.
