Serve with your favourite jam (organic is preferred).

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, food processor, parchment paper, knife and a baking sheet


Preheat the oven to 350°. 

In a food processor combine the almond flour, baking soda, sea salt and butter.

Pulse the mixture until it is uniform in texture. 

Transfer the mixture to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Stir well to form the dough.

Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. 

Remove the dough from the fridge and remove the plastic wrap.

Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and form it into a 6 x 6-inch square approximately 1 inch thick.

Cut that square into 4 quarters, then cut each quarter into 2 triangles (giving you 8 total triangles). 

Transfer the scones onto the parchment lined baking sheet and bake the oven for 15 minutes.

When done remove from the oven and let cool.
