Peel the bananas before you freeze them!

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, blender and a bowl


In a blender add the frozen berries, almond milk, protein powder and half of the frozen sliced banana.

Purée until smooth. 

Transfer the smoothie mixture to a bowl and top with the hemp seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, walnut pieces and the remaining banana slices. 

Serve immediately and enjoy!
