Bake the cookies on upper rack of oven to avoid burning the bottoms.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, a mixing bowl, electric mixer and a nonstick cookie sheet.


Preheat the oven to 350°.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on low until a dark brown dough has formed.

Work the dough with your hands for 30 seconds to make sure all crumbs are incorporated into the mixture.

Roll the dough into 15 to 18 balls and place them on a cookie sheet.

Using the palm of your hand, press them down slightly and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
