Use a blender if you don't want to whisk by hand.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowl, whisk and serving bowls


Combine all of the ingredients (except for the shredded coconut and cacao nibs) in a large bowl and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes, until very smooth.

Transfer the mixture to the fridge and let sit for at least one hour.

Once chilled, remove the mixture from fridge, divide into two portions and top each bowl with half of the shredded coconut and half of the cacao nibs. Serve and enjoy!
