Peel and slice extra ripe bananas before freezing so they are ready to use whenever you need them.

Equipment Needed

Measuring spoons, food processor, rubber spatula and a bowl.


Add sliced frozen bananas, cocoa powder and almond butter to the food processor. Turn the processor on high for 30 seconds (or until the mixture is light and smooth). 

Using a rubber spatula remove the mixture from the processor and place into a bowl. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
