Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°. Mix the pork with the jerk paste and place the mixture on a skillet. Place the skillet in the oven and cook until well done and brown (approximately 15 minutes).

While the pork is cooking, finely dice the red pepper, pineapple and green onions. Open and drain the can of black beans and the jalapeno rings.

To build the nachos place the chips on a baking sheet and add the pineapple, red peppers and black beans.

Next, add the cheese, green onions and cooked pork. Place the entire dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove the tray from the oven and top with sliced jalapeno rings and green onions.
