Use baby spinach if you don't have power greens.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, campfire grill, pan, tongs, knife and a cutting board


Let the fire burn down slightly, then place the grill on the hot embers and place the sauté pan on grill. 

Slice the hotdogs into 1/2" pieces and add them to the pan with the coconut oil. Brown for 5 to 7 minutes and add the beans, stirring to combine.

Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.

Toast the bread over the fire and place it on a plate or serving platter with the power greens underneath.

Spoon the beans and hotdogs on top and enjoy.
