QUICK TIP

Use a precooked rotisserie chicken for this recipe.

Equipment Needed

Measuring cups and spoons, 12” pizza pan, knife, cutting board, cheese grater and a pizza cutter

Instructions

Place a precooked 12" pizza crust into the pizza pan.

Slather the crust with barbecue sauce and grated mozzarella cheese. 

Top the pizza with the shredded chicken, roasted red peppers, pickled jalapeno rings and diced white onions. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.  

Preheat the barbecue on high heat.

Cook the pizza for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and melted.

Cut the pizza into eight slices and serve immediately.
