Measuring cups and spoons, food processor, microwave safe bowl, knife, cutting board and a vegetable spiralizer
Instructions
In a food processor, combine the spinach, basil, Parmesan cheese, avocados, walnut pieces, olive oil, sliced garlic, chili flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Purée until smooth.
Transfer the avocado pesto to a microwave safe bowl and set aside.
Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and transfer the noodles to a serving bowl.
Heat the avocado pesto in the microwave or on the stove top until hot.
Pour the pesto over the zucchini noodles, serve and enjoy!
