Three tasty mocktails to keep you feeling cool and refreshed. Using ingredients that help aid digestion and promote hydration, these drinks are full of probiotics, vitamins and antioxidants.

Strawberry ginger-ade

Ingredients (for 1 mocktail):
1 ginger tea bag
3 strawberries sliced
3 drops of liquid Stevia
1 cup of ice

Method:
Brew a bag of ginger tea according to package directions and let cool in the refrigerator. When cooled pour over ice and add sliced strawberries and liquid Stevia to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Kombucha, lime and lemon Perrier

Ingredients (for 1 mocktail):
1 cup kombucha
1 cup lemon Perrier
1 lime
1 cup of ice

Method:
Dilute the kombucha with lemon Perrier. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lime into the mixture and cut the remaining half into two wedges, adding them to the drink. Stir thoroughly and serve over ice.

Cucumber water with watermelon ice cubes

Ingredients (for 1 mocktail):
1/2 of a seedless English cucumber sliced
1/2 of a watermelon
2 cups of water

Method:
Cut 1/2 of an English cucumber into slices. Steep the slices in pitcher of water and refrigerate. Puree 1/2 of a peeled watermelon in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour the watermelon mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen, pour the cucumber water over the frozen watermelon cubes.
