Believe it or not, the patties used in this recipe actually come from Patch's (GoodLife's founder and CEO) mother! Patch's mom, Dorothy, has been making these burgers for her family for the past 60 years and the recipe is too good not to share.

Sliced tomato
Sliced red onion
Sliced pickles
Sliced avocado
Alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
Butter leaf or green leaf lettuce
Whole grain buns

Dress with:
No cook ketchup
Brain booster mayo
Yellow mustard

Equipment needed:
Knife, cutting board and a barbecue or grill pan.

Grill burger patties to preferred level of doneness. While the patties are cooking slice the toppings. When the patties are done place the toppings and condiments on top. Choose to wrap the patties with lettuce or place on a whole grain bun.
