Sugar-free mojito
Ingredients (for 1 drink):
2 tablespoons xylitol sweetener
1 cup soda water
1 cup ice
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
3 sprigs mint
Equipment needed:
Knife, cutting board, muddler or wooden spoon and a highball glass
Method:
Add the xylitol sweetener, three wedges of lime and two mint sprigs to the bottom of the highball glass. Muddle until well mashed.
Add the rum and ice to the glass, top with soda water and stir well.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig on top.

To make the drink alcohol-free:
Simply remove the rum.
The orange creamsicle
Ingredients (for 1 drink):
1 cup grapefruit sparkler (dole)
1 cup ice
1 1/2 oz spiced whiskey
2 frozen dark cherries
1 strip of orange rind
Equipment needed:
Knife, cutting board, rock glass and a stir stick
Method:
Add ice to the rock glass. Add the spiced whisky, cherries and orange peel. Top with the grapefruit sparkling soda.
Stir well and serve.

To make the drink alcohol-free:
Remove the whisky and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to keep this drink alcohol free.
Sugar-free margarita
Ingredients (for 1 drink):
1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
1 1/2 cups ice
1/4 cup xylitol sweetener
1 1/2 oz tequila
Coarse pink salt
Lime wedge
Equipment needed:
Knife, cutting board, lime squeezer, hurricane glass and a blender
Method:
Add all of the ingredients except for the salt and lime wedge into a blender and purée until smooth and frothy.
Use the lime wedge to wet the rim of the glass. Dip the glass in the coarse pink salt to rim the glass. Shake off excess salt and then fill with the frozen mix.
Garnish with the lime wedge and add a straw.
