If you’ve ever gotten your sweat on during a BODYPUMP class, spun your way through a virtual RPM recording, or tuned into a GRIT session on our IGTV, you’re already familiar with Les Mills.

Les Mills is the fitness company behind many of the incredible Group Fitness Classes GoodLife offers. In light of intensified conversations around racial justice, Les Mills has committed to educating their community about the realities of anti-Black racism. This includes the development of a series of educational videos about racism and how it affects the fitness industry today.

By sharing these videos, we are honouring our own commitment to listen, learn and amplify the voices of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour). We hope these videos help educate and inspire you, too!
