Ingredients:
4 apples
2 tablespoons collagen protein
1 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoons sea salt
Quick tip:
Any kind of protein powder will work if you don't have collagen powder.
Method:
Peel, core and dice apples and transfer them to a pot. Add vanilla extract, collagen protein, a splash of water and season with the salt.
Cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, staring constantly, then remove from the heat and mash until smooth.
Let cool and store in a mason jar for up to 5 days.
High protein apple crumble

Ingredients:
4 apples
2 cups dry oats
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 scoops vegan protein
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Quick tip:
A baking dish will work if you don't have a cast-iron skillet.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Peel, core and dice the apples and place in pan. Sprinkle the mixture with cinnamon and vanilla and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix the oats, flax seed and protein powder. Top the spiced apples with the oat mixture and add the blueberries.
Melt the coconut oil and drizzle it over the crumble. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until everything is golden and toasty.

4 apples
1 red onion
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
10 sage leaves
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Serve with grilled pork, chicken or tofu.
Method:
Peel core and dice the apples, dice the onion and chop the sage. Add all of this to the pot and add the avocado oil, chili flakes and salt.
Sauté over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes and add the maple syrup and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool and store in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
