Steph Valerio


Steph Valerio is a Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer with Goodlife Fitness. She has studied human biomechanics and kinetics, as well as exercise physiology to understand how the body moves and reacts to exercise. She is also an Eleiko Strength Coach and loves to teach anyone from athletes to new members how to lift effectively. As a former track and field athlete she is passionate about strength and fitness, and finding ways to incorporate it in any type of lifestyle is her mission. She instills this kind of passion into the new personal trainers she hires to set a standard for fitness at her club. In her free time she enjoys relaxing with a good Muay Thai or Martial Arts class.
