Renee Knost
After completing her degree in Kinesiology at Western University, Renee started her career nine years ago as a Personal Trainer at Goodlife Fitness. Currently, she’s a PEAK Head Coach, who helps develop PEAK training programming. Renee is also a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and does Fascial Stretch Therapy. She teaches TRX suspension training, kickboxing and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Through her work, Renee aims to foster a community of like-minded individuals that motivate each other to reach their health and fitness goals.
