Kim Jory

Kim is a Fitness Manager and Level 5 Personal Trainer who has been with GoodLife Fitness for over seven years. Her obsession for learning helps her fly through several books each month while obtaining many new certifications each year. Kim uses a biopsychosocial approach to helping clients⁠—focusing on the mental and emotional well-being along with the physical. When she's not learning new skills or coaching her trainers, she's busy going on adventures with her wife and five stepchildren.
