Jenny Taing


Jenny is a Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer with GoodLife Fitness. She's been personal training for 10 years and for the last 5 years with GoodLife, has had the opportunity to develop Personal Trainers and ensure they have successful careers. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, an Eleiko Strength Coach, and Fascial Stretch Therapist. She loves helping people break down any barriers to living the life they want to live by creating a sense of empowerment through good conversation and challenging workouts.
