Chris is a Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer with GoodLife Fitness. He’s been involved with sport and exercise since a young age and found that being healthy and active allowed him to gain control of his Epilepsy and stop the need for medication. His love and passion for health and fitness drive him to learn more in order to help people take control of their health as well. Chris has an Honours Degree in Kinesiology, is trained in Fascial Mobility, Precision Nutrition and has TRX, Kettlebell and Olympic Lifting Certifications in addition to earning several other certifications in the areas of athletic performance, injury prevention, pain and stress management. Outside of work, Chris likes to read and play and watch sports.
