The sun is shining, the weather is warmer and the patios are in full effect. It’s not summer yet, but it sure feels like it, so let’s celebrate anyway!

In order for us to reach our goals- fitness, improving relationships, getting a promotion etc.- it is often not just a case of taking action. Instead, more often than not, we have to stop doing certain things if we want to successfully achieve our goals.
Are the February blues getting to you? It’s about that time of the season; the point where we’re all feeling like enough is enough and we just want the snow to end so that things will warm up and the patio parties begin.
They say to expect the unexpected and last week, the unexpected certainly did occur to me. I am quite sad to announce that I am quitting the 28 Day Hot Yoga Challenge…but I promise, it is for a very good reason!
“Faster, faster, faster. Up, down, up, down,” yelled the voice I’ve heard a thousand times on the hit show Biggest Loser. Only today the voice was coming from the stage at the front of class. Jillian Michaels BodyShred™, is coming to GoodLife clubs and to celebrate, Jillian herself came to instruct a class in Toronto; and I got a spot!
