href="http://goodlifefitness.com/GroupExercise/Strength.aspx">Strength training is recommended 2-3 times per week and you can find classes that use barbells like BODYPUMP or small hand weights in Newbody or your own body weight for programs such as BODYFLOW or, new in January, CXWORX.

For the busiest times, stretching and flexibility training gives such benefit. Your mind and body will thank you for taking the time for a BODYFLOW, yoga or hot yoga class.

Whether you can commit to 3 or 6 classes a week, you know that you will keep yourself on track when you show up to a fitness class. The instructor will help motivate you and you will enjoy the social surroundings. You may even find yourself working a little harder than you expected you would.

Remember that our Associates are there to help direct you and the Group EXercise instructors absolutely love having more people in their class. Be sure to say hello and let them know you are trying the class for the first time. They will be sure to help you get started with what you need for the class.

During this busy yet wonderful time of holiday shopping, parties or family gatherings, get out your calendar and commit to keeping your fitness routine – even if it is somewhat altered. Attending your fitness classes will certainly help you battle any extra holiday treats you may eat. Taking part in Group EXercise will lighten the stress of the holidays. You’ll be able to easily carry more shopping bags and you can get that head start on your New Year’s resolutions and be that much closer to your fitness goals for 2012! Come – let’s keep working out together through the holidays and into 2012!
<hr
