Michelle

Michelle Mackey has been working with GoodLife as a group exercise instructor since 2009. Along with CanFitPro FIS certification, she teaches BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT, and is currently in the process of becoming a certified yoga instructor. Outside of GoodLife, Michelle is working towards an Bachelor of Arts with Honours Degree in English Literature at Trent University. Contributing to the GoodTimes eNewsletter allows her to combine her two favourite things: writing and fitness.
