Kristen Peddle is a certified Group Ex Instructor for GoodLife Fitness, teaching BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW and RPM. In addition to her Fitness Instructor Specialist certification, she has also completed Personal Training Specialist, Group Fitness – Cycling, Resistance Training Leadership and Fast Track Yoga Teacher Module 1 certifications.Outside of the gym, she is passionate about her role as a Human Resources professional. She loves to read and spend time with her family and friends. Inside the gym, group exercise is the best way for her to stay motivated and to continue to reach her own personal fitness goals - seeing others reach their goals, pushing beyond where they thought they could and then continuing to come back for more.But it’s not just about achieving goals - it’s about the relationships that are built in the studio with members that share the same passion, determination and sometimes setbacks. That’s what keeps her motivated to continue to teach and to strive to be better. We are in it together!
