Julie

After a lifetime of obesity, Julie Horner lost 135lbs by walking into a Group EXercise class, falling in love with it and never looking back. She is now an instructor with GoodLife and teaches BODYJAM, ZUMBA and is working toward her SH'BAM certification. Based in Ottawa, she is a mother of two and her husband, Roger, has lost 50 lbs and now teaches RPM. Julie wants to inspire and encourage others to overcome hopelessness and find a new life on the other side.
