Casey is a freelance writer and friend of GoodLife Fitness. Growing up as a skinny kid, she never understood the need for fitness until her late 20s. After years of trying to lose “a little” weight on her own, she hired a personal trainer, lost 15 lbs and learned how to eat and exercise to lose weight. She enjoys yoga, Highland dancing, and non-competitive soccer. Her favorite workouts are those which involve a good laugh and lots of work which her trainer is happy to provide!
