Being an overweight child was really hard on me. I always felt self-conscious about myself and never felt confident.
Through hard work and proper diet, I transformed into an entirely different
person, 50 pounds lighter. I would run and bike everyday and limited the amount of food I ate.
After shedding the weight, I felt much better about myself. GoodLife helped me reach my potential and aided me with keeping fit, so I no longer felt bad about myself. I now love to exercise and watch what I eat regularly so I can live a healthier life.
