Training for a Fall run, such as the GoodLife Fitness Victoria Marathon or the GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon? Or, maybe you’re looking for the motivation to get back into a regular fitness routine or lose those last 10 pounds?

Whatever your Fall fitness goal, we’d like to help inspire you to go the distance by sharing the heart warming video Prepare to Be Inspired by Ben Davis. Ben beat considerable odds to get healthy and eventually complete a marathon (and later an Ironman!). As he says, “If you want to do it, all you have to do is do it.”
